A FEW THOUGHTS FOLLOWING THE BLIZZARD OF '11

Happy New Year to all.  While many are happy to see 2010 in the rear view window and look forward to better times in 2011, I thought it might be good to take a look back at some important and memorable moments from the past year.

Liam slams one home Christmas morning 2010
Cheryl started a new job in January and I couldn't be more proud of her.  She is a very hard worker and very smart.  She is very professional and a wonderful mother and deserves to work at a place where her input is valued and appreciated.

We got hit by some incredible heavy rains in the spring and while we had some water in the basement, we were very lucky compared to some others who had a few feet of water.

At Bryant, we've been struggling for the most part with our move to Division I, but it was a nice way to end the year with the baseball team turning in a record-breaking season and in the process, capturing the school's first-ever Division I Northeast Conference regular season championship.

Of course, August marked the first birthday for Liam and we all celebrated with a fun BBQ party at World War II park in North Attleboro.  Liam had a great time and still loves the train that he got.  Christmas time was equally fun.  While still a little young to understand everything associated with Christmas morning, he had a super time with the presents and wrapping paper and Christmas lights.

And if anyone is wondering, he's a natural when it comes to basketball.  Made his first three shots.
